Our multinational client operating in consumer goods industry is looking for a "BUSINESS CONTROLLER".
Qualifications;
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent,
• Have an excellent command of both written & spoken English,
• Minimum 7-9 years experience as a manager in the field of Finance & Business Control,
• Minimum 1-3 years experience managing through change teams; creativity, innovative, approaches, solution focused with the correct time span,
• Responsible from the development and execution of business plan and its strategy,
• Ensure that proper procedures and processes are implemented with respect to operating plans, forecasting, business (strategic) planning,
• Ensure that proper business controls are established and monitored with an effective integration towards the processes,
• To actively functionally support and challenge the business owners, to establish an effective working relation and content sharing within financial & accounting function,
• To realize the required internal and external financial reporting, and to liaise with external bodies when and where required (e.g. custom offices, tax authorities, other governmental institutions, etc.)
• Work on ad hoc projects and analysis, act risks averse and being able avoiding or evading these risks in time,
• Very good professional knowledge in accounting, control, finance and SAP,
• Profound knowledge of Turkish tax, social, legal and International Accounting & Control standards: IFRS,
• Good understanding of other relevant business area, results driven,
• Strong management and communication skills,
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills,
• Military service has to be completed for male candidates.
