Qualifications;
• Graduated from Universities in related departments,
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and conducting Human Resources policies and functions,
• Ensuring that selection and recruitment processes,
• Executing performance development sytem,
• Launching new training programs and implementing the existing ones in line with development requirements,
• Strong reporting capability and communicational skills,
• Problem sensitivity and strong analytical skills,
• Have an excellent MS Office programs knowledge,
• No military service obligations for male candidates.
