SEBLA SALKUR

Ms. Salkur was born in İstanbul. She had graduated from Naples American High School, Italy.

After having courses from La Verne and Maryland University on Business Adminizstration and Economics, she graduated from Marmara University, International Relations Department in 1992. In 1992, she joined Netaş as a Publis Relations specialist and involved in PR and media relations. Tüsiad-Kalder TQM Award and preperations to EFQM Quality Award book were some her major projects.

In 1996-1998 she moved to Berlin because of personal reasons and took German language courses.

In between 1998-2000 she began working at Vestel Electronics as Publis Relations Manager responsible for foreign relations. She developed and managed corporate communication strategies in local and global markets. Played an active role in establishing Vestel USA Office in Palo Alto. She organized and coordinate international fairs and exhibitions not only in European market but also in US market as well. She was also responsile for implementation and execution of all marketing communication strategies and PR activities.

Between 2000-2001 she joined OPET Petrolium as Marketing Communication Manager. She performed marketing strategies in corporate and retail network basis. Company’s presentation to Istnabul and Foreign Stock Exchange and execution of all media and communication activities were organized by her. Also some special projects such as Cultural Project of Cappodocia, Otobil Project and “Temiz Tuvalet Campaign” were highlighted loyalty programms under her execution and responsibility.

In 2005 she started working in SAP Turkey as a Marketing Manager. She was responsible for managing and execution of marketing budet and implementation of all marketing issues and strategies; Coordinate all 3rd party relations as well. Organize effective lead generation activities such as SAP Forums and “get to gethers”. Also preparation and publication of corporate success stories.

She joined a local contract stationery company in 2005 up to 2010 as a General Manager. Her prime responsibilities were sales and marketing operations and supply chain and e-procurement processes. She established brand new organization especially in customer relations and sales. Active role in supplier relations and coordinate all 3rd party relations both in domestic and international markets. She was also engaged in business partnership process which was succeded with one of world’s largest company in its sector.

After all these professional experiences, she decide to establish her own company named OfisEkspres Tic. Ltd. Şti performing on office supply, e-procurement and contract stationery serving mid and large size companies. She had full management responsibility for account management, marketing, e-trade management, logistics and finance. She involved various cost reduction projects in key accounts.

She was a Voleyball player for long years and has a certificate on lifequard and she speaks English, Italian and German.

She joined to Otimum Consultancy as Business Development Lead in 2014.
